Requirements
●3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, banking, or collections.
●Strong understanding of the loan collections lifecycle and delinquency management.
●Experience with collection CRM platforms, telephony systems/dialers, and integrating both solutions.
●Understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and Agile product development.
●Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
●Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements.
