Why we need this role
Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle and commercial performance of Colt’s Enterprise Solutions portfolio across APAC. The portfolio includes SD-WAN and SASE, cyber security services, managed and unmanaged CPE, IP VPN and related enterprise networking solutions. The role translates APAC customer and market requirements into a prioritised regional portfolio, working with global product teams and local functions to deliver scalable, competitive and operationally ready propositions.
What you will do
- Define and drive the APAC product strategy and roadmap for SD-WAN, SASE, Cyber Security, CPE, IP VPN, and related enterprise solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and portfolio gaps through customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends, translating findings into product requirements and investment priorities.
- Lead product development, localization, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle management across APAC markets.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and commercialization.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including revenue, pipeline, margin, churn, and service metrics, driving continuous improvement and growth.
- Support business growth through sales enablement, strategic customer engagements, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage technology partnerships and represent the portfolio with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders across APAC.
What we're looking for
Must haves:
- Business level English and Japanaese
- Significant experience in Product Management or Portfolio Management within telecommunications, managed network services, or enterprise technology, with responsibility for product strategy, pricing, go-to-market, and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking and security solutions, including SD-WAN, SASE, IP VPN/MPLS, Internet, Cloud Connectivity, and Managed Security Services.
- Commercially driven with experience managing portfolio performance, including revenue growth, pricing, margins, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Proven ability to translate customer and market requirements into scalable product propositions and drive initiatives across global, regional, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, customers, partners, and vendors in a matrix organization.
Might have:
- Additional APAC language skills, relevant industry certifications, and willingness to travel within APAC are advantageous.
