Product Manager - Commercial Cards
Summary
RBL Bank seeks a Product Manager in Gurugram to own end-to-end development of its Commercial Cards portfolio (business, corporate, and virtual cards), writing BRDs/PRDs, coordinating tech and cross-functional teams through launch, and managing partnerships with Visa, Mastercard, and fintechs. Requires 5+ years in cards/payments product management.
Lead end-to-end product development initiatives for Commercial Cards, including Business Cards, Corporate Cards, Virtual Cards, and digital solutions.
- Drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition, activation, spend enhancement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop customer-centric value propositions for SME, Mid-market, and Corporate clients.
- Create comprehensive product specifications, user journeys, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to support seamless execution across Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Sales teams.
- Translate business opportunities, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder inputs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Work closely with technology and delivery teams throughout development, UAT, launch, and post-launch optimization to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, utilization, and risk metrics to drive business outcomes.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across Visa, Mastercard, fintechs, and payment ecosystem players.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, card network guidelines, and internal governance frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within Commercial Cards, Payments, Commercial Banking, or Fintech.
- Strong understanding of Commercial Cards, Business Credit Cards, Corporate Payments, and B2B Payment Solutions.
- Proven experience in portfolio management, product launches, and business growth initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
