Product Manager Compliance and Onboarding
Summary
Owns compliance and onboarding products for a fintech payment suite, focusing on KYB/KYC, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention while automating workflows and ensuring responsible AI use.
You will own compliance and onboarding products across the payment suite, including KYB and KYC, provider orchestration, data reuse, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, fraud prevention, Travel Rule compliance, automation, and responsible AI use.
Responsibilities
- Own the KYB and KYC onboarding product
- Orchestrate KYB across providers
- Reuse existing KYB and KYC data
- Own the compliance product suite
- Manage Travel Rule compliance
- Automate compliance workflows
- Use AI responsibly in compliance
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Design
- Define measurable outcomes
- Use data to guide prioritization
- Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and learnings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5–8+ years of product management experience
- Compliance, onboarding, risk, or fraud product experience
- KYB and KYC knowledge
- Experience coordinating requirements across regulated partners
- KYC/KYB reliance and data-sharing experience
- Sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, or fraud prevention experience
- Travel Rule familiarity
- MiCA, MTL, sanctions, and AML knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Stakeholder communication skills
- Responsible use of AI with sensitive data
