<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title-</strong> Product Manager – Compliance<br /><strong>Location-</strong> Pune | Hybrid<br /><strong>Experience-</strong> 6–8 Years<br /><strong>Primary Skills-</strong> Product Management, Compliance / RegTech / QMS, System Architecture, APIs & Integrations, B2B SaaS / Enterprise Products</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Product Manager – Compliance</strong> to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for compliance-focused enterprise products.</p><p>The ideal candidate should understand <strong>regulatory requirements, compliance workflows, SaaS products, and technical architecture</strong>, and be able to translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable product solutions.</p><p><strong>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and execution for compliance products.</p></li><li><p>Understand regulatory and compliance requirements and translate them into clear product specifications and user stories.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to design scalable compliance workflows, integrations, APIs, and data flows.</p></li><li><p>Engage with compliance officers, auditors, QMS users, and business stakeholders to identify product needs and opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Drive product discovery, feature prioritization, release planning, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Ensure products support security, auditability, data integrity, traceability, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to leverage <strong>AI/ML and automation</strong> within compliance workflows.</p></li><li><p>Define and monitor product KPIs, customer adoption, and business outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Use <strong>GenAI tools</strong> for research, PRD creation, analysis, documentation, and product planning.</p></li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li><p>6+ years of experience in <strong>Product Management / Technical Product Management</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>Compliance, RegTech, QMS, Regulatory, Risk, Audit</strong>, or enterprise software products.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and execution.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of <strong>APIs, integrations, system architecture, and SaaS platforms</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams.</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated use of <strong>GenAI tools</strong> in product management workflows.</p></li></ul><p><strong>MANDATORY SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li><p>Product Management</p></li><li><p>Compliance / RegTech</p></li><li><p>QMS / Regulatory / Risk / Audit</p></li><li><p>System Architecture & Integrations</p></li><li><p>APIs</p></li><li><p>B2B SaaS / Enterprise Products</p></li><li><p>Product Strategy & Roadmap</p></li><li><p>Requirements Management</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Management</p></li><li><p>GenAI Tools</p></li></ul><p><strong>GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with <strong>GRC, QMS, accreditation, regulatory, or document management platforms</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of compliance frameworks and audit processes.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>AI/ML-enabled compliance products</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with enterprise compliance and regulatory workflows.</p></li><li><p>MBA or equivalent product leadership experience.</p></li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT SONATA SOFTWARE</strong></p><p>Sonata Software is an <strong>AI-first modernization engineering company</strong> that helps enterprises transform legacy systems into intelligent, scalable business platforms.
