Product Manager (Connectivity)
About the role
As Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of training products across the Air, Sea and Land Transport sectors, including Logistics and Supply Chain, shaping how workers upskill, organisations transform, and sector capabilities evolve. Your work will directly shape how workers upskill, how companies transform, and how sector capabilities evolve over time.
You will collaborate closely with government agencies, unions, trade associations, and employers, and represent NTUC LearningHub in sector level and tripartite platforms..
Key responsibilities
Lead the full product lifecycle—from needs analysis and ideation to pilot, launch and scale.
Design modular, stackable and outcomes-driven programmes (WSQ and non-WSQ) across Land Transport operations, practices, digitalisation, sustainability, AI and emerging technologies.
Identify emerging AI use cases and workforce capability gaps within the Land Transport sector and translate them into relevant training products.
Develop programmes that enable learners and companies to apply AI workflow automation, AI agents and low-code/no-code technologies to improve productivity and business processes.
Ensure alignment with national frameworks and priorities from relevant government agencies and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
Around 5+ years of experience in product management, programme development, training design, digital transformation or strategic partnerships.
Exposure to the Connectivity sector and/or public/private bus, taxi or private-hire operators is strongly preferred.
Experience working with government agencies, industry bodies or large stakeholder networks is an advantage.
Familiarity with Singapore’s CET ecosystem, including WSQ and unionised environments, is advantageous.
ACTA, ACLP or DACE qualifications would be an added advantage.
Experience in AI workflow automation, AI agents or business process automation is strongly preferred.
Hands-on exposure to tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, n8n, Manus, Power BI or similar AI/automation platforms.
