Product Manager - Core Banking
Summary
Product Manager to lead core banking features, translating user insights and data into scalable fintech solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
We are looking for Product Managers who can understand user pain points, turn data into insights, make data-driven decisions, and translate them into a scalable product. Also, Product managers need a sense of ownership, technical and analytical understanding, and the ability to collaborate with teams across divisions to gain a deep understanding of their opportunities and challenges. The Product Managers will work together with UI/UX designers and engineers to create high-impact solutions for our products.
About the job:
- Drive end-to-end product development, start with idea initiation, writing high-quality product requirements with supporting data from analysis and technical flow (if needed), product grooming, assisting with development and testing, and identifying and defining key metrics to measure product performance.
- Monitor defined and existing key metrics to identify issues/improve the product.
- Drive data-informed decisions by integrating user research, data analysis (conduct what-if/pros and cons), and stakeholder feedback into product requirements.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Working closely with many types of stakeholders, including engineering, designers, analysts, data science, risk, and other divisions to implement new features and enhancements.
About you:
Must Haves:
- At least 3 years of experience in product development with knowledge of fintech/payment product management is welcome.
- Have strong communication skills, positive energy, be a self-starter, and a strong drive to make things happen.
- Learn quickly, have a strong sense of ownership, and can work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to understand the technical and brainstorm with Engineers.
- Having technical skill in Query.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or other related field.
- Have a technical background.
- Familiar working in a startup environment.
- Experienced as a business analyst or system analyst.
- Have experience in launching a product from scratch and scaling it.
