Join us and be part of creating Monopoly World – an innovative mobile game that brings the classic board game to life in the real world.
Check out the Monopoly World trailer:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our team and take the helm of developing the core systems and mechanics for our new mobile game. In this pivotal role, you'll be the heart of one of our two development teams, translating high-level product vision into engaging features that will retain players for years to come.

If you love designing progression systems, creating innovative mechanics, and balancing a game's economy, all while leading a development team through the entire production cycle—from concept to release—then this is the perfect role for you.

This is primarily an on-site role at our Kraków office, as we highly value in-person collaboration. However, we are open to discussing a hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate. We also support candidates who are relocating—more details will be provided during the recruitment process.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Core Feature Development & Ownership:

    • Take full ownership of the "Features" team backlog—from idea, through concept pitch and detailed game design, to final implementation.

    • Design and iterate on the game's fundamental systems: player progression, the core loop, metagame mechanics, and social features.

    • Collaborate with the Head of Product to translate strategic business goals (e.g., improving D30 retention) into specific, measurable tasks for the team.

  • Team Leadership & Process Management:

    • Lead a cross-functional team of programmers, artists, designers, and QA testers.

    • Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement), ensuring a smooth workflow and removing blockers.

    • Ensure that all design documentation (GDDs) is complete and clearly understood by the entire team before development begins.

  • Product Strategy & Data Analysis:

    • Dive deep into data to understand how players interact with your features and how they can be improved.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention, session length, and progression, using this data to make informed decisions.

    • Conduct competitive and market analysis to ensure our game systems are fresh, innovative, and engaging.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the "LiveOps" team lead to ensure synergy and consistency between new core features and ongoing in-game events.

    • Act as the central point of communication for your team, ensuring a seamless flow of information between design, art, development, and QA.

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Product Manager, Producer, or Lead Game Designer) in the F2P mobile gaming industry, with a track record of successfully launching key features.

  • Deep knowledge of and passion for Systems Design, including game economies, gameplay loops, and player progression mechanics.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a cross-functional team.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions (experience with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc., is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both the development team and senior management.

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • A genuine passion for games and a deep understanding of player psychology.

We Offer:

  • A competitive salary.

  • A friendly and supportive team culture that values innovation and creativity.

  • The opportunity to work on a globally recognizable brand with massive potential.

  • A modern office in an attractive location.

  • A real impact on the shape of the game and its product development strategy.

If you are a product leader who is passionate about creating deep and satisfying game systems and you're ready to make a significant impact on our success, we are waiting for your application!
