Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver products aligned with business goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Owner to define and maintain the product roadmap.

• Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and track project dependencies.

• Translate business requirements and customer needs into technical solutions.

• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and blockers while keeping stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or project management.

• Strong understanding of project management tools, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

• Good technical knowledge and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to take ownership, work proactively, and mentor junior team members.

• Experience in Design Thinking, E-commerce, or Platform businesses is an advantage.
