Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year

Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership, governance, and delivery of Cornerstone Health’s software products. This role ensures internal digital products deliver measurable value to patients, clinicians, and the business by translating organisational strategy and operational needs into a clear product vision, prioritised roadmap, and well‑governed delivery pipeline. The role combines product management, product ownership, and product‑based project delivery, and plays a critical role in aligning clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, safe, and effective digital solutions across Cornerstone Health.
Key responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for internal platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements
Translate business and clinical needs into clear product priorities and outcomes
Manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing strategic initiatives, improvements, and technical work
Lead delivery of product enhancements, upgrades, and new features, including planning, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate workshops and process mapping to identify functional requirements
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions
Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing competing priorities
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and better design
About you
Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Health or similar (or equivalent experience), with relevant certifications in Product, Agile, Process Improvement or Project Management desirable
5+ years’ product management experience, ideally within healthcare or a regulated environment
Strong understanding of business process improvement and cross-functional delivery
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
Analytical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in complex, regulated settings
