Role: Product Manager - Credit Syndication

Business Unit: Wholesale Banking

Location: BKC Mumbai

Job Purpose: The purpose of the job is to contribute to the organization through fee generation via syndication of transactions and selldown of identified exposures from the balance sheet as an underwriting or de-risking strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet, Teaser, Pitch-books, and presentations for deal placement

- Facilitate the lender or investor approval process through head of terms, in-principle to final sanctions, and documentation negotiation

- Relationship management with existing lenders and investors

- Scoping the market for deal origination, including cold-calling

- Tracking business news, industry journals, rating releases, Bloomberg, and MCA for potential origination opportunities

- Team MIS management

- Other team activities, including SOP review and engaging with internal audit
