Product Manager (Crypto Core)

You will own one of the most operationally critical systems in Money Movement, responsible for the safe, reliable movement of crypto assets across multiple custody providers and chains, with direct impact on asset integrity, reconciliation, and the experience of millions of users. You will own day-to-day product execution while building deep knowledge of how the system behaves under scale, failure, and operational stress. This is infrastructure with real financial consequences, not a feature backlog role. You will make trade-off decisions independently, with full ownership of the consequences, and actively use AI to sharpen your own work and identify where the system can become smarter, faster, and more resilient. You will report to the Group Product Manager, Money Movement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product execution for Crypto Core: prioritization, scoping, delivery, and quality across multi-chain transaction processing and wallet operations
• Coordinate with custody and infrastructure providers to maintain and evolve platform reliability
• Drive cross-squad alignment with transaction orchestration and financial reconciliation teams
• Translate operational and technical signals — incidents, failures, edge cases — into clear product actions
• Surface system risks, inconsistencies, and gaps proactively, and drive them to resolution with the right stakeholders
• Keep engineering focused on high-impact, system-relevant problems
• Use AI tools consistently to raise the quality and speed of your output — specs, analyses, risk assessments, and communications

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, with meaningful exposure to fintech, payments, or technical infrastructure
• Comfortable reasoning about APIs, asynchronous systems, external integrations, and failure scenarios
• Understanding of infrastructure where errors have real financial and operational consequences
• Ability to bridge engineering and business stakeholders
• Ability to operate with partial information and evolving context
• Active use of AI tools as part of daily work
