This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager CTV based in Germany.

As Product Manager CTV, you will own the strategy and monetization of Connected TV inventory within a leading supply-side advertising platform. You will define the product roadmap, optimize auction mechanisms, and help publishers maximize the value of their advertising inventory. Working closely with engineering, commercial, and supply teams, you will turn market needs into impactful product improvements. This role combines deep programmatic advertising expertise, data-driven decision-making, and strong ownership of business outcomes. You will operate in a fast-paced, international, fully remote environment where autonomy, collaboration, and measurable revenue growth are central to success. You will also have the opportunity to integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into your daily product management practice.

Accountabilities

  • Own the CTV product vision and roadmap: Translate strategic objectives into a clear roadmap focused on revenue growth, profitability, and publisher value. Understand publisher and buyer needs, prioritize initiatives, define key performance indicators, and adapt plans based on results.

  • Maximize CTV inventory activation: Simplify the onboarding and activation of publisher inventory while ensuring traffic quality, relevance, and monetization potential. Oversee supply-chain transparency, consent management, and compliance with buyer requirements.

  • Protect the advertising ecosystem: Implement measures to reduce fraud, invalid traffic, malicious advertisements, and other unwanted ad experiences, protecting both publishers and buyers.

  • Optimize auctions and yield: Own CTV-specific auction mechanics, including ad pod construction, VAST compliance, and bid request enrichment. Identify optimization opportunities, validate hypotheses through A/B testing, and improve yield while controlling bid-request costs.

  • Expand demand partnerships: Collaborate with the Demand team to activate new buyers and partners, increase competition for inventory, and improve monetization outcomes.

  • Lead product delivery: Work closely with engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and design to development and production. Ensure priorities are clear and delivery remains aligned with business objectives.

  • Drive adoption and measure impact: Prepare Supply, Sales, and Customer Success teams for new releases, support publisher activation, and monitor post-launch performance. Evaluate success through measurable business results, particularly revenue and margin improvements.

  • Requirements

    • Product management experience: At least five years of product management experience in advertising technology, with demonstrable, measurable results in sell-side CTV monetization across an SSP, ad server, or advertising exchange.

    • End-to-end product ownership: Proven experience managing products from roadmap definition through delivery, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges, set priorities independently, and take full accountability for outcomes.

    • Programmatic advertising expertise: Strong knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, VMAP, ad pods, Prebid Server, floor pricing, supply paths, schain, app-ads.txt, and sellers.json.

    • Commercial and analytical mindset: Ability to identify opportunities that improve revenue and margins, establish meaningful KPIs, run experiments, interpret data, and use evidence to guide product decisions.

    • Technical fluency: Comfortable discussing technical requirements and trade-offs with engineering teams, even without hands-on coding experience.

    • AI proficiency: Regular use of AI assistants such as Claude, with practical experience building AI-supported skills, workflows, or agentic processes for product management.

    • Communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical and commercial topics clearly to different audiences. Fluent English is required; French is an advantage.

    • Ways of working: Pragmatic, analytical, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership, excellent listening skills, and the ability to prioritize high-impact work using the 80/20 principle.

    • Collaborative mindset: Motivated by collective success, continuous improvement, and working in a dynamic, fast-growing international environment.

    • Benefits

      • Remote flexibility: Fully remote work environment designed to support flexibility and productivity.

      • International collaboration: Work in an English-speaking environment alongside colleagues across multiple countries.

      • AI-enabled work: Access to AI tools, including Claude, to support everyday work and experimentation.

      • Collaborative culture: Join a close-knit team that values mutual support, innovation, transparency, and shared achievements.

      • Social events: Participate in regular team gatherings and company events that strengthen connections and celebrate milestones.

      • Career development: Access training opportunities, career check-ins with HR, internal mobility options, and regular performance feedback.

      • Health coverage: Comprehensive health insurance to support employee well-being.

      • Growth opportunities: Contribute to an expanding advertising technology business and help shape the future of programmatic and Connected TV monetization.

      • Inclusive workplace: Join an environment committed to equal opportunities and welcoming people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
