As a Product Manager - Data Integration, you will own the data integration capabilities that power customer onboarding, clinical workflows, reporting, and analytics.
You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare technology, interoperability, product management, and patient care.
The role combines customer-facing leadership with hands-on ownership of data standards, ingestion processes, quality, and platform capabilities.
You’ll translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that support diverse healthcare programs.
Your work will help ensure care teams have timely, complete, and reliable information to identify and engage patients effectively.
You’ll collaborate closely with customers, implementation teams, Engineering, Analytics, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success in a remote environment.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as the product stakeholder for customer data onboarding and integration initiatives, partnering directly with customers, implementation teams, and Customer Success to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Lead testing and validation of inbound and outbound data exchanges, ensuring data integrations are accurate, complete, timely, and ready for successful production deployment.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities, technical specifications, interface requirements, and actionable product priorities.
  • Support customer launches through implementation meetings, reviews, business reviews, and ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain standards for inbound and outbound healthcare data exchanges, including data formats, field definitions, mappings, validation rules, and business logic.
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, interface specifications, data dictionaries, and governance processes.
  • Own product capabilities supporting the ingestion and management of patient, member, provider, eligibility, claims, laboratory, pharmacy, and device data.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations to ensure data effectively supports patient identification, outreach, engagement, documentation, and reporting workflows.
  • Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational processes for data exchanges, while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions when quality or integration issues occur.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale data processes, reduce manual operational work, and improve the efficiency of clinical and business workflows.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop scalable platform capabilities that address both current customer requirements and future product needs.
  • Balance customer-specific needs with long-term platform standardization, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of professional experience in Data Management, with at least 3 years working with healthcare data integrations, interoperability, or healthcare technology platforms.
    • Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing data integration or implementation projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange methods, including sFTP and APIs.
    • Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare operational workflows.
    • Familiarity with healthcare datasets such as eligibility, claims, pharmacy, laboratory, provider, patient/member, and remote monitoring data.
    • Ability to translate business needs and customer requirements into clear technical specifications and product capabilities.
    • Experience working within Agile product development environments and collaborating with Engineering, Analytics, Clinical Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
    • Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, healthcare security, and compliance requirements.
    • Experience using product and development management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex requirements and competing priorities.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Must reside in the continental United States.
