The Role\: What You'll Do
· Sitting at the intersection of flight operations, safety, and technology, you will take full accountability for replacing fragmented manual workarounds with intuitive, connected tools that reduce workload on the flight deck.
· Shape the Flight-Deck Strategy\: Own the product-level vision, roadmap, and delivery for pilot decision and execution products.
· Lead a Multidisciplinary Squad\: Provide day-to-day direction to your cross-functional team across engineering, design, data, and delivery.
· Navigate Platforms & SaaS\: Expertly manage enterprise SaaS vendors, balancing out-of-the-box constraints with custom builds.
· Translate Operational Needs\: Turn real-world flight-deck pressures and operational challenges into clear, prioritised backlogs.
· Protect Flight Safety\: Ensure all product development strictly meets the highest aviation safety, regulatory, and airworthiness standards.
