We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end digital product delivery, from discovery and validation through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
This is a consultancy and client-facing role where you will own product outcomes while coaching client Product Managers and working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery, validation, delivery to post-launch optimisation
- Identify key assumptions and design experiments to validate product hypotheses
- Define product strategy, OKRs, and outcome-based roadmaps
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Drive story mapping, user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
- Track delivery KPIs, dependencies, and risks
- Define go-to-market strategies, analytics, and measurement frameworks
- Analyse post-launch performance and drive iterative improvements
- Coach and mentor client Product Managers / Product Owners
- Facilitate workshops, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle
- Proven experience in product discovery and end-to-end product delivery
- Strong knowledge of Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps
- Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers / Product Owners, ideally in a consultancy or client-facing environment
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with the Singapore Government ecosystem (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) or government projects is advantageous
