- Own and maintain the product roadmap for your problem area, balancing customer needs, business value, and development capacity
- Develop business cases for new features, covering feasibility, addressable market, competitive positioning, and estimated costs
- Research competitive offerings and translate insights into prioritization decisions
- Define success metrics and track KPIs tied to business impact, including adoption, retention, and revenue
- Engage with customers and field teams regularly to surface problems, validate assumptions, and shape product direction
- Write clear functional, technical, and design specifications for engineering and design to execute against
- Make prioritization calls under ambiguity and incomplete information
- Drive features end-to-end through development, unblocking work across engineering, design, and QA
- Define launch plans, rollout strategy, and success criteria for new features
- Track post-launch adoption and resolve gaps and bugs with the relevant teams
- Partner with engineering to define and review client SOWs, ensuring product intent translates accurately into technical specs
- Evaluate integration capabilities and constraints, such as MS Teams and HRIS/SSO integrations, as inputs to roadmap decisions
- Influence technical architecture decisions for scalable, extensible platform capabilities
- Articulate the value proposition of your product area for sales and client success teams
- Contribute to and review sales and client-facing documentation
- Partner with product marketing on positioning and competitive narratives
- 3-5 years of product management experience in a product-led B2B SaaS company
- Domain experience in rewards, HRTech, employee engagement, fintech, or e-commerce
- A track record of owning ambiguous problem areas end-to-end, from strategy to shipped, adopted features
- Experience influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable in both technical and business-level conversations
- Experience with enterprise or client-facing requirements, such as approval workflows, configurability, and integrations
- You're comfortable making prioritization calls with incomplete information
- You move naturally between business framing and technical detail without needing a translator
- You take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for direction
- You build credibility with engineering by understanding constraints, not just requesting output
- You treat customer and field input as a regular input to your roadmap, not a one-off exercise
- Work on a product used by enterprises to shape employee experience at scale
- Own a problem area end-to-end, from strategy to adoption
- Partner closely with engineering on both product and technical decisions
