Product Manager - Enterprise Platform

Product Manager:

Translate product direction and customer problems into clear priorities, requirements, and engineering decisions for a technically complex enterprise platform.

Responsibilities:

- Own product discovery, prioritization, requirements, and backlog quality.

- Translate strategic direction into clearly defined product problems and outcomes.

- Work directly with customers, engineering, sales, presales, and support.

- Separate reusable platform requirements from customer-specific requests.

- Define acceptance criteria and expected product behavior.

- Prioritize product features, integrations, technical debt, platform work, and UX improvements.

- Maintain roadmap rationale and decision history.

- Use customer feedback and product evidence to refine priorities.

- Keep product documentation aligned with actual behavior.

Mandatory technical knowledge and experience:

- 8+ years product-management experience in technical B2B or enterprise software.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex platform products.

- Must be comfortable discussing:

1. APIs and integrations

2. Cloud and on-premises deployments

3. Kubernetes concepts

4. Metrics, logs and traces

5.Incident management and RCA

6. SRE/DevOps workflows

7. LLMs and agent workflows

8. Tool calling and context

9. Model limitations and evaluation

10. Authentication and permissions

11. Enterprise data/security constraints

- Able to read architecture and data-flow diagrams.

- Strong requirement-writing and prioritization skills.

Preferred:

- SRE, DevOps, infrastructure, observability, security, or developer-tooling background.

- Previous engineering experience.

- Enterprise AI products.

- Customer-hosted enterprise software.

- POC-driven enterprise sales environments.
