Product Manager
Description
We are investing in product leadership to ship AI-powered products and embed artificial intelligence across discovery, delivery, and operations. As a Product Manager, you will guide strategy, roadmap, and releases for several products, including at least one AI-driven solution, and use AI every day to sharpen decisions. Join a collaborative team and apply today
Responsibilities
- Drive the complete vision, strategic direction, roadmap execution, and end-to-end delivery of one or more products, ensuring at least one solution is powered by artificial intelligence
- Define rigorous requirements and use cases for AI features as probabilistic products, including data scopes, use-case fit, evaluation criteria, quality thresholds, safety guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms as acceptance standards
- Identify where artificial intelligence can improve product value, customer experience, internal processes, and business outcomes, and build and size rigorous business cases for implementation
- Leverage AI tools with disciplined oversight throughout product discovery, research synthesis, data analysis, documentation, user story creation, prototyping, and planning, verifying outputs before relying on them
- Plan priorities, maintain product backlogs, and coordinate release cycles, using AI-assisted analytics to support rather than replace human decision-making
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle with AI operational realities such as model and version changes, quality drift, and ongoing human oversight
- Partner with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to convert product intent into actionable requirements and make product decisions within technical constraints
- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders about AI capabilities and limitations, including benefits, risks, and trade-offs in accessible language
- Support and mentor fellow Product Managers, elevating the team's practical artificial intelligence proficiency by leading through daily example
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, managing one or more products end to end through post-launch maintenance and support
- Demonstrated success launching multiple products or major capabilities, with hands-on delivery or material enhancement of AI-powered products or features such as generative AI, machine learning, recommendation engines, search algorithms, or automation tools
- Strong capability to own product strategy, vision, roadmapping, market analysis, and product visioning, including identifying and justifying high-value artificial intelligence opportunities
- Extensive experience handling backlogs, cross-product dependencies, release cycles, product lifecycles, and ongoing customer support models
- Comprehensive familiarity with product profitability, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and the cost, latency, and quality trade-offs that drive AI-feature economics
- Deep subject matter expertise across 3 or more business domains, allowing you to act as a trusted business-domain subject matter expert
- Solid AI literacy covering current AI and generative AI/LLM capabilities, reliable boundaries, common patterns, and typical failure modes to support product decisions and credible technical dialogues without needing model-building knowledge
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders up to the VP level and lead all critical aspects of complex product launches
- Strong leadership capability to guide a team of Product Owners and Product Managers across a product line or family through the complete product lifecycle
- Commitment to improving the team's practical AI proficiency by sharing verified working methods and coaching on requirements and evaluation criteria for AI features
- Practical daily use of artificial intelligence across research, discovery, analysis, documentation, user stories, prototyping, and planning, with rigorous verification of outputs
- Demonstrated ability to identify and justify high-impact AI opportunities within products, operational processes, customer experiences, and business outcomes
- Comprehensive working AI literacy encompassing concepts, terminology, capabilities, and limitations at a product management depth
- Proven experience defining rigorous requirements and use cases for AI features, including evaluation criteria, quality bars, guardrails, and human oversight
- Strong ability to evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, risk, limitations, and overall user impact
- Deep awareness of responsible-AI principles covering data privacy, algorithmic bias, security, transparency, and human oversight
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML development teams
- Unwavering adaptability and commitment to continuous learning as AI tools and capabilities rapidly evolve
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Advanced hands-on prototyping experience with AI builder tools achieving near-production fidelity
- Proven ability to build product manager agents and multi-step automations streamlining research, backlog management, analytics, and communications
- In-depth understanding of AI-feature economics, including cost, latency, and unit economics, alongside model lifecycle management covering drift, versioning, and vendor changes
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act and relevant industry-specific compliance rules
- Direct prior experience successfully scaling and taking an AI-powered product to production
