Product Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead platform strategy, foster alignment among stakeholders, and guarantee smooth cooperation between business and technical teams across the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the platform by coordinating requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation alongside business and development stakeholders
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to provide business users and stakeholders with the skills and best practices needed for platform usage
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to establish project goals and foster a shared understanding of platform capabilities
• Support the design and development process by aligning product features with evolving business requirements and regulatory needs
• Lead user acceptance testing initiatives to verify that solutions meet established requirements and quality standards
• Work alongside support and operations teams to ensure consistent platform maintenance and reliable performance
• Monitor and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and swift resolution of issues
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform updates
• Work with a team of 3-5 colleagues and liaise with third-party vendors as necessary to accomplish project objectives

Requirements

• 12-18 years of comprehensive IT experience, with strong grounding in product management, product lifecycle, product roadmap, and product vision
• Capability to bridge technical and business perspectives to ensure platform features align with user requirements
• Skill in handling stakeholders and balancing diverse expectations across business and technical teams
• Background in developing and delivering training programs tailored to various user groups and skill levels
• Capacity to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams
• Demonstrated history of fostering cross-functional collaboration and promoting effective communication across departments
