Description

We're looking to welcome a Product Manager onto our team. This opportunity is well-matched for someone who gets satisfaction from converting multifaceted, cross-departmental problems into workable, scalable outcomes. You'll sit right at the crossroads of business workflow and new technology, enabling teams to operate more efficiently through smart automation. For those driven by a combination of practical execution and big-picture strategy, this role provides a meaningful chance to influence how AI gets applied throughout the business.

Responsibilities

  • Team up with leaders across Legal, IT, Enterprise Risk Management, Product, Engineering, and other departments to surface AI opportunities while clearly articulating the problem, intended users, and markers of success
  • Chart out complete process flows, including contract request-to-signature, IT request-to-fulfillment, risk assessment, and ticket-to-deploy, in order to strip out unneeded steps and cut down on manual work
  • Take ownership of the AI backlog spanning Corporate Functions, sequencing requests according to business value, effort involved, risk exposure, and fit with broader strategy
  • Sort through incoming requests to decide the best path forward, whether that's a purpose-built AI agent, a low-/no-code solution, AI woven into existing SaaS platforms (CLM, ServiceNow, Jira), or standard workflow automation
  • Develop solutions spanning contract intake and review, policy-related questions, IT service desk tickets, risk register assistance, product feedback, release notes, ticket triage, and documentation efforts
  • Take hands-on responsibility for building and launching AI agents, Claude Projects, and automated workflows, guiding them from initial prototype all the way to live production
  • Draft well-defined requirements, then construct solutions with the help of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, covering any necessary APIs and integrations
  • Set up evaluation frameworks addressing accuracy, confidentiality, auditability, and human oversight, while applying AI governance, security, and privacy guidelines alongside Security, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture teams
  • Push adoption forward through training and enablement initiatives, while keeping tabs on intake volume, routing speed, resolution time, and service-level performance

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or comparable hands-on experience
  • At least 5 years of applicable background in software development, product management, Legal Operations, IT, risk management, engineering operations, or business systems
  • A minimum of 2 years spent in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level capacities
  • Demonstrated history managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time staff
  • Practical background constructing and launching AI agents and automation using platforms like Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or AWS Bedrock
  • Direct development experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, including exposure to APIs, integrations, and enterprise-level data
  • Familiarity with prompt and context engineering concepts, RAG, tool use, and approaches to AI evaluation
  • Strong grasp of workflows across Legal, IT, risk, product, or engineering functions
  • Hands-on background with platforms such as CLM systems, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or risk management tools
  • Capability to establish credibility across legal, IT, risk, product, and engineering groups, translating AI concepts into straightforward business language
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks to support compliant, responsible AI usage
  • Background applying AWS Bedrock to construct and expand generative AI capabilities
  • Experience with low-code platforms built for agentic automation to speed up delivery timelines
  • Background designing and rolling out agentic workflows addressing intricate business processes
  • Direct experience working with Anthropic Claude to support AI solution creation
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence for managing documentation and organizational knowledge
  • Background using Atlassian Jira to organize tasks and oversee project tracking
  • Experience conducting business process analysis to spot inefficiencies and areas ripe for improvement
  • Familiarity with context engineering approaches that enhance AI model relevance and output quality
  • Background working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems to oversee contract-related workflows
  • Knowledge of Glean for supporting enterprise search and knowledge discovery functions
  • Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how it factors into AI integration work
  • Relevant certification, which would be considered a valuable addition to your qualifications
