Product Manager - EU Funds (Dublin)

Summary

The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of European investment funds, including launches and regulatory compliance. They will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure fund structures meet customer needs and business growth objectives.

We’re looking for a collaborative and commercially minded Product Manager to support the strategic management and governance of our European fund ranges. You’ll help manage products throughout their lifecycle, coordinating launches, amendments and closures while ensuring funds remain fit for purpose and aligned with regulatory requirements, customer needs and our growth ambitions. Working with colleagues across Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle management of European funds, including product launches, amendments, mergers and closures
  • Coordinating product projects, milestones, deliverables, working groups, testing, risks and issues
  • Ensuring products and fund documentation remain aligned with regulatory requirements, governance frameworks and internal policies
  • Conducting product, fund and thematic reviews to assess customer outcomes, product risks and opportunities for enhancement
  • Providing technical product support across regulation, tax, registrations, disclosures, customer channels and operational matters
  • Partnering with operational teams and service providers to support the effective delivery and implementation of product activity
  • Reviewing customer, competitor, industry and regulatory developments to help inform product strategy and proposition design
  • Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, governance committees, fund boards and external partners

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in product strategy, development and lifecycle management within the asset management industry
  • Knowledge of launching, registering, operating and amending pooled investment funds across relevant jurisdictions
  • A good understanding of pooled product structures, including UCITS and non-UCITS funds
  • An understanding of the regulatory requirements relevant to product governance and European fund ranges
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, alongside a commitment to improving processes and delivery
  • A collaborative communication style, with the confidence to engage constructively and influence stakeholders
  • A degree or equivalent experience, with a relevant professional qualification such as IMC, CFA or CAIA being advantageous
