Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 per month

About the role

You are building for the AI era — not the SaaS era. You're not only spec'ing features and shipping predictable software; you're shaping products where AI sits at the core, behavior is probabilistic, models keep learning, and "done" is a moving target. The role spans end-to-end product ownership for a metabolic health company using science and AI to help people prevent or reverse chronic illness and work burnout through continuous, personalized feedback based on their actual data and lifestyle. The end-to-end solution includes a dashboard product used by doctors and corporate wellbeing officers to support the people under their care.

Key responsibilities

  • Own it end to end — from a rough idea to something real people rely on daily

  • Design with a Life OS mindset — health isn't a standalone app in isolation, it's a layer that talks to how someone works, rests, and lives. Think in systems, not screens

  • Keep a sharp eye on the outside world — new AI capabilities, competitor moves, emerging health-tech and consumer trends — and translate what you see into what we should build next

  • Get out and validate — market research, customer interviews and user testing to confirm real product-market fit, not just assumptions

  • Shape pricing and go-to-market — for AI-powered products, where value isn't always a flat monthly subscription

  • Keep documentation alive — written to be used, not written once and forgotten

  • Run the room — align R&D, engineers, architects, QA and ops so everyone's building the same thing, without you having to micromanage any of them

  • Work the stakeholders — doctors, wellbeing officers, execs, engineers, each speaking a different language, and somehow leave every conversation with everyone on the same page

  • Set the bar — define clear success criteria and know when something's actually ready to ship

  • Scout the frontier — track emerging products, models and technologies, and make the call on what's worth betting on

About you

  • Self-driven, ideally to the point where nobody has to ask if you're working on the right thing — you already are

  • Genuinely curious about what's happening in AI and health-tech right now, not what was cutting-edge two years ago

  • 4+ years building digital products as a PM or owner, covering research, conceptualization, planning, development and launch — bonus points if some of that was on an AI- or ML-driven product, not just SaaS

  • People skills that keep doctors, engineers and execs all rowing in the same direction, even when they disagree

  • Comfortable with ambiguity — AI products don't behave like deterministic software, and some days neither does the roadmap

  • Pricing chops — experience with subscriptions and monetization is a plus; bonus if you've thought about how to price something powered by AI

  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical instincts

  • Comfortable with Agile ways of working (scrum, sprints) — but not precious about ceremony over outcomes

  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma

About us

Our client is a metabolic health company — think of health as one layer of something bigger: a person's Life OS. Work, relationships, finances, sleep, stress — they're all running on the same system, and health is the layer we're building for. At the health OS layer, our client uses science and AI to help people prevent or reverse chronic illness and work burnout — not with generic advice, but continuous, personalized feedback based on their actual data and lifestyle. The business models are B2B2C and D2C.
