We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our Everyday Banking team.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

  • Drive product performance by managing the end-to-end lifecycle for personal unsecured lending products - credit cards, personal loans and overdrafts.

  • Partner with a broad range of stakeholders to identify product enhancements and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Lead the delivery of key initiatives to drive growth and simplify our products and processes.

  • Continually manage emerging risks to ensure regulatory obligations and internal governance requirements are met.

  • Support our frontline and operational teams as required.

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded and customer-focused professional with strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will be comfortable working with ambiguity, navigating technical complexity and delivering change.

  • Proven experience in product management and complex project delivery.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing and driving outcomes.

  • Knowledge of financial services, cards and personal lending products would be highly advantageous.
