Product Manager

About the role

At Experis, we are looking for a Product Manager (M/F/X) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and development of a next-generation software application for advanced Wi-Fi and cellular (4G/5G) network analysis. Hybrid modality in Alicante, with office presence 2-3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the Wi-Fi and cellular network analysis platform.
• Integrate site survey methodologies, active/passive performance testing, RF propagation modeling, and crowdsourced analytics into a single application.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive differentiators, and positioning against other solutions in the sector.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle: concept, discovery, user stories, sprint planning, release, and iteration.
• Collaborate with RF engineers, developers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists to convert complex telemetry (RSSI, SINR, RSRP, RSRQ, latency, packet loss, throughput) into actionable visualizations and recommendations.
• Prioritize the backlog by balancing technical debt, innovation, customer requests, and scalability.
• Conduct customer research, visits, and interviews with IT managers, network architects, and telecommunications field engineers.
• Translate user flows (site surveys, troubleshooting of dead zones, continuous passive monitoring, capacity planning) into software functionalities.
• Track product KPIs: usage, feature adoption, retention, and system reliability.
• Act as a product evangelist, aligning engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning, enablement materials, documentation, and release messaging.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Between 3 and 5+ years of experience as a software Product Manager in B2B enterprise applications, SaaS, or desktop/mobile analytical applications.
• Solid knowledge of wireless networks: Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) and cellular protocols (LTE, 5G NR, private cellular networks).
• Familiarity with RF parameters, heatmap generation, spectrum analysis, signal propagation, and network performance metrics (throughput, latency, jitter, packet loss).
• Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Data-oriented mindset, with experience in defining telemetry pipelines, analytical dashboards, and quantitative success metrics.
• High B2 English, with the ability to hold conversations with the team (the interview will be in English).
• Availability to travel and perform on-call duties.

• We value: experience with specialized hardware integrations (spectrum analyzers, survey sidekicks, drive test scanners, USB/Bluetooth survey equipment).
• We value: certifications such as CWNA, Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE), or equivalents in RF/cellular.
• We value: experience in multiplatform user experience design for desktop (Windows, macOS) and mobile (iOS, Android).
• We value: knowledge of cloud network management platforms and their APIs (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Mist/Juniper, private 5G cores).
