We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product definition and development across hardware, software and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Own product definition and roadmaps for existing and future products, including integration and expansion of capabilities across our drone control and flight management platform
- Translate complex operational and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and execution plans
- Work closely with hardware, software, operations, and manufacturing teams to drive end-to-end product development
- Lead technical integrations with external partners, assess competing solutions, and identify opportunities for future product development
- Engage directly with customers, collaborating with other Product Managers and cross-functional teams to shape product direction and priorities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading complex, technology-driven products
- Strong analytical mindset, structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to define direction, set priorities and drive execution
- Proven experience collaborating closely with R&D and operations teams on complex hardware-software systems and technical integrations
- Proven experience working with drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), or within the defense industry – advantage
