Product Manager
You will plan and execute product initiatives for customer account access. You will understand and prioritize customer and product needs, define goals, and work with engineering, research, design, data science, marketing, operations, and stakeholders to bring solutions to market. You will balance seamless login and account management with fraud prevention and regulatory requirements. You will analyze markets and product data, track performance metrics, report results, and identify post-launch improvements.
Responsibilities
- Assess product opportunities and contribute to ideation and prioritization for new initiatives and products.
- Shape and drive execution of product initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and operations to deliver and launch products.
- Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.
- Establish, track, and report product performance metrics.
- Maintain expertise in the product, market, and competitors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products.
- Numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality.
