Product Manager-Financial Products(COntractor Role-PIU Based Compensation Only)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our Financial Module from concept to launch and beyond. This role will be responsible for defining the product strategy, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and design teams, and ensuring that the module delivers robust, accurate, and compliant financial verification capabilities.

The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with financial data workflows, compliance requirements, and product development best practices. They will thrive at the intersection of business, technology, and regulation, translating complex requirements into simple, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Financial Module — from strategy and roadmap to release and iteration. • Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers. • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule. • Ensure product compliance with relevant financial regulations and data privacy laws. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive gaps, and customer needs. • Define and monitor key product success metrics; use data to inform decision-making. • Work with marketing and sales teams to support product positioning, launch plans, and customer onboarding. • Act as the internal and external subject matter expert for the Financial Module.

Qualifications • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or SaaS platforms. • Strong understanding of financial data systems, compliance frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML), and industry standards. • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

**Additional Information -PIU’s: ** This role is structured as a contract engagement and includes participation in the company’s Profits Interest Unit (PIU) program. PIUs provide contributors with the opportunity to share in the future growth and success of the company as key milestones are achieved. Units vest based on the successful completion of agreed project deliverables and represent participation in future profit and value appreciation above a defined threshold.
