Product Manager – FinTech / Banking Technology
Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿80,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define, own, and drive the product vision, strategy, and long‑term roadmap aligned with overall business goals.
Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the FinTech and Banking ecosystem.
Translate business objectives and strategic priorities into clear product initiatives and requirements.
Product Development & Delivery
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, to optimization.
Create and maintain clear product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, regulatory considerations, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with engineering teams using Agile / Scrum methodologies or whatever to clearly communication.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Business Development. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to Managing Director.
Customer & Market Insight
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product experience.
Use data and analytics to measure product performance (KPIs, OKRs).
Continuously improve customer experience across digital channels (Web, Mobile, API)
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, Banking, or Technology companies.
Strong understanding of digital banking products, payments, lending, or financial platforms.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Solid understanding of customer journey and UX principles.
Strategic thinking with execution excellence.
Good understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High ownership mindset and accountability.
