Discussion

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Product Manager to join our product team and take a leading role across our Claims Management System (CMS) and Clive AI, our next-generation, agentic AI claims platform. This role sits at the heart of our mission: transforming claims handling with a modern, end-to-end claims platform and intelligent, AI-first automation.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of driving successful B2B products, deep domain expertise in insurance — especially claims — and hands-on experience building or shipping AI-driven and agentic AI capabilities. Success in this role means moving fluently between core claims workflows in the CMS and the AI capabilities that increasingly power them.

What You'll Do

  • Lead key product areas that span both our CMS and Clive AI — owning specific parts of each product and playing a central role in redefining claims operations through robust core workflows and autonomous, AI-first agents.
  • Work directly with customers, users, and internal/external stakeholders to understand, map, and prioritize needs across the full claims lifecycle.
  • Own the product roadmap for your areas end-to-end — defining priorities, solutions, and success metrics while managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to production and iteration, in close coordination with the R&D and PMs leading adjacent areas.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding customer value, introducing new capabilities for deeper automation while continuing to strengthen the core claims platform.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and seamless cross-functional alignment.
  • Document and communicate product value and functionality clearly to prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders, becoming the subject-matter expert for your product area.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering successful, high-impact B2B software products.
  • Proven domain expertise in insurance, ideally in insurtech and specifically claims management, with a track record of shipping products for the industry.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven products, ideally involving LLMs, agentic workflows, or decision-support & automation.
  • A proven record of owning full product lifecycle development and driving complex features from concept to live production.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers on user journeys, product flows, and polished experiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive execution across teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Hebrew a strong advantage, but optional depending on your preference).
  • Fast learner — highly curious, autonomous, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong process management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward delivering impact.

You'll Excel If You Have

  • Experience spanning both core platform and AI products, and comfort moving between them.
  • Experience working in a growth-stage startup, especially one experiencing rapid scale.
  • Exposure to regulated industries where trust, safety, and reliability matter.

Why Join Five Sigma?

You'll help shape the future of claims handling at a moment when AI is redefining the industry. As part of a small, high-performing product team, you will have meaningful ownership of impactful areas across both our established claims platform and our cutting-edge AI product, direct customer impact, and the opportunity to build industry-changing products from the inside out.
