Product Manager, Fleet Planning Tools, Fleet Procurement & Capacity Planning (FPAC)
Key job responsibilities
Product Execution Across Planning Tools
- Own feature-level delivery for FORCE, FAB, DMv3, and EFR automation within the fleet planning tools portfolio, translating product requirements into delivered capabilities
- Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution for new features and system releases, ensuring planning tools perform correctly against business rules before production deployment
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned features: requirements definition, acceptance criteria, testing, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring
- Coordinate across Science, Engineering, and business stakeholders to clear blockers, align on priorities, and drive timely delivery
EFR Automation Support
- Support the EFR policy owner by translating policy changes into system requirements, test cases, and validation plans within FORCE and downstream tools
- Own EFR-related UAT execution: build test scenarios, validate outputs against policy intent, and document edge cases or discrepancies for resolution
- Monitor EFR automation accuracy post-deployment, flagging drift between policy logic and system outputs
Fleet Management Companies (FMC) Data Integration
- Support signal quality and data pipeline health for FMC data feeds into FPAC planning tools, including vehicle status, stock position, and asset transfer reporting from FMC
- Define data validation rules and business logic checks to detect data quality issues before they propagate into planning outputs
- Partner with FMCs, Data Governance, and Engineering to resolve integration gaps, improve reporting compliance, and expand signal coverage
- Track data readiness metrics and escalate systemic issues through appropriate mechanisms
Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting
- Serve as the day-to-day interface between fleet planners (Scheduling, MT Planning, LT Planning) and the engineering/science teams building planning tools
- Gather user feedback, document pain points, and translate operational needs into feature requests and backlog items
- Contribute to WBR/MBR reporting on tools adoption, system health, and delivery milestones
- Maintain product documentation including user guides, release notes, and process flows
