Job Summary

FreeWheel seeks a Product Manager focused on Identity and Audience products to enhance platform workflows and drive product strategy. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Data science and Engineering teams to deliver impactful identity solutions. Product manager will be responsible for roadmap ownership, prioritization, and execution of identity products. Candidates should have experience in end-to-end product delivery, the ad-tech or martech industry, and ML and AI-powered workflows.

Job Description

FreeWheel is looking for a Product Manager to help shape and improve key identity products. In this role, you'll work closely with Product marketing, Engineering, data science and other teams to understand customer needs, define product requirements, prioritize investments, and deliver experiences that help users accomplish their goals more effectively.

You'll own a defined set of user workflows and product capabilities, helping drive roadmap decisions and execution while contributing to broader product strategy.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills, customer empathy, good product judgment, and the ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of product management experience building and launching software products, preferably in the adtech space

  • Demonstrated ability to own features, workflows, or product areas from discovery through delivery.

  • Strong customer empathy and curiosity about how users accomplish their goals.

  • Experience partnering closely with client facing teams, product marketing and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Ability to define requirements, prioritize work, and make informed tradeoff decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable operating in environments where requirements and priorities may evolve.

  • Experience using customer feedback, analytics, and other data sources to inform product decisions.

  • Exposure to AI-powered experiences, workflow automation, copilots, or agentic product patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on ad-tech or martech products

  • Strong experience with SQL and data analytics tools such as looker

  • Experience working with user research and behavioral analytics.

  • Understanding of vector embeddings and vector databases

Responsibilities:

  • Own roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution for identity products within the FreeWheel platform.

  • ​Work with Engineering to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

  • Partner with other Product Managers to ensure their initiatives meet our user experience expectations.

  • Define and improve end-to-end user workflows that help customers accomplish critical tasks.

  • Gather insights from customers, user research, analytics, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.

  • Write clear product requirements and communicate priorities to cross-functional teams.

  • Make thoughtful tradeoff decisions that balance usability, business impact, and implementation complexity.

  • Measure outcomes and use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

  • Contribute to product planning and strategy discussions while executing against broader organizational priorities.

  • Coordinating with external vendors and strategic partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of product initiatives

  • Reviewing and adjusting pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness and company profitability

  • Conducting periodic margin analyses to identify opportunities for product improvement and cost optimization

  • Ensuring seamless coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve product launch and lifecycle objectives

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Compensation

New York Pay Range: $125,204.74 - $187,807.12

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
