About the Role
As Product Manager for the Nexity Platform, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, why we build it, and how we continue evolving our platform into a scalable, repeatable product.
Working closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Delivery and executive leadership across the United States and New Zealand, you'll translate customer insights, market opportunities and business priorities into a clear product roadmap that delivers value for both our customers and the business.
You'll be the voice of the product, ensuring every investment contributes to a platform that is scalable, competitive and built for long-term growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Nexity platform.
Define and prioritise product initiatives based on customer value, business goals and technical strategy.
Write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to deliver efficiently.
Work closely with engineering, design and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Balance customer requests with long-term product strategy, ensuring the platform continues to evolve rather than becoming a collection of custom solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Partner with UX teams to deliver intuitive experiences across web applications, mobile apps, kiosks and connected devices.
Collaborate with Compliance, Revenue Operations and executive leadership to align product priorities with business objectives.
Communicate roadmap decisions, priorities and product strategy to stakeholders across the organisation.
Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation, research and day-to-day productivity.
What We're Looking For
You're a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex customer problems while working closely with highly technical teams. You're equally comfortable discussing product vision with executives and refining requirements with engineers.
You'll ideally bring:
6+ years' experience in Product Management.
Experience owning and delivering the roadmap for a technical software platform.
A proven ability to turn customer feedback into scalable product solutions rather than one-off customisations.
Experience working across software and connected hardware or IoT products.
Strong product documentation skills, including PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Practical experience using AI tools to enhance product management workflows.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in parking technology, hospitality, healthcare or access control solutions.
Experience with mobile applications alongside cloud-based SaaS platforms.
Knowledge of payment technologies, PCI DSS or regulated technology environments.
Experience with pricing, revenue optimisation or commercial product strategy.
Experience working within a high-growth or private equity-backed technology company.
