Requirements:

• Defining KPIs - data-driven approach - what attributes contribute to the KPI to drive business outcomes.
• Understanding of data ontology - how it can be leveraged to discover more attributes in respect.
• Systems thinking mindset - should be able to build AI agent skills and be able to develop SME (instantaneously to navigate uncertainty) and build SOPs for process optimisation.
• Mandatory Domain: BI for e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
