Product Manager
- Deep-dive analysis of operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
- Translation of business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Management of the end-to-end product development lifecycle — discovery, planning, execution, delivery, and adoption
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Empathy, active listening, and ability to translate unclear business needs into structured requirements

- 3+ years of proven experience managing software projects as project manager/product owner
- Ability to map and analyze business process
- Proficiency in writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of technical constraints, APIs, data flows, and system integrations
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model limitations
- Experience delivery products aimed at operational efficiency, automation or process optimization
- Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and methodologies, including traditional agile (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Technical background or business/IT education
- Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher
- BA experience
- Experience managing projects involving AI agents, automation, or intelligent systems
