About MyArchitectAI
MyArchitectAI is an AI rendering platform used by architects, interior designers, and visualization professionals in over 150 countries. We turn CAD designs, sketches, and line drawings into photorealistic renders in seconds, with no installs, no hardware requirements, and no learning curve.
We're a team of 5, fully remote, spread across Europe.
Why we're hiring
Our product works. Our retention and engagement has a lot of room for improvement. Too many people sign up, render a few images, and never come back, or cancel when their current project ends. We have the data (PostHog, Stripe, cancel surveys, live chat) and we have the engineers. What we don't have is one person whose job is to find the leaks and fix them.
That's you.
What you'll own
Activation and engagement Dig into user behavior in PostHog and Supabase. Figure out where people get stuck between signup and their first "wow" render, and why paying users stop rendering. Turn that into a prioritized list of experiments, run them, and report what moved.
UX improvements Take existing flows and make them simpler and nicer to look at. Our users judge us on how good the app looks, because that's their job. You'll design in Claude Design on top of our existing design system (and improve it), so you do need taste and the ability to tell good from almost good.
New features from scratch From problem to shipped. Talk to users, define the feature, design it, write a spec, QA it on staging, ship it, measure it.
Who this is for
- You've been a PM, growth PM, or product designer at a SaaS company, ideally one selling to non-technical users. B2B or prosumer both fine.
- You're comfortable doing your own analysis. Funnels, cohorts, SQL, experiment design, knowing when a result is noise.
- You have visual taste and opinions about UI. You can look at a screen and clearly explain why it feels off.
- You write clearly. Most of your output will be specs, hypotheses, and short reports, and other people have to act on them.
- You're self-directed. Nobody will assign you tickets. You'll find the problems yourself.
Who this is not for
- People who need a designer, an analyst, and an engineer to get anything done.
- People who want to write strategy docs or call all-hands. We need someone who ships fast.
The deal
- Around 20 hours a week to start. Can grow to full-time if it works for both sides.
- We start with a paid, scoped project so we both see how it goes. If it's good, we move to a monthly retainer.
- You invoice us as a contractor. Location doesn't matter.
How we work
- Fully remote and mostly async.
- Specs go into Linear. Design happens in Claude Design. Analysis happens in PostHog and SQL.
- We use AI tools heavily and expect you to as well. If you're skeptical of AI-assisted design and coding, this isn't the right place.
- Short feedback loops. You'll get a yes or no within hours, not a week.
- You'll talk to real users. Support is handled by the founders, and you'll have access to every conversation.
How to apply
Skip the cover letter. Send us:
- One thing you shipped that moved a metric, and what it moved.
- Why you're a good fit.
- Your rate assuming 20hrs/week.
Keep it short. We read everything.
