Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

You will be based in Caesarea, Israel

Location

Working at least 3 days a week from the office at Caesarea



What you will be doing:

In this role, you will drive the development and success of our broadband solutions. You will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our products meet market needs while maintaining technical excellence.

  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and time-to-market
  • Work closely with logistics, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into product solutions
  • Participate in product lifecycle management from concept to launch
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
  • Align product roadmap with market trends and customer needs
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve processes and product performance

What you should have:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / Systems Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong operations background — familiarity with procurement (with third-party suppliers) manufacturing, and logistics processes
  • Strong technical expertise and system-level understanding in HW/SW products
  • Strong data analysis skills to drive product decisions
  • Business-minded and customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with NPI processes and scaling products from prototype to production
  • Self-motivation, excellent English skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience with IP networks, telecommunications, fiber optics, or cable TV – advantage
