Product Manager

Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for assigned Hatio products

• Gather and analyse requirements from customers, sales and implementation teams, including site visits to warehouses and operations

• Write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering

• Prioritise the backlog and lead sprint planning and release planning with engineering

• Work with the Product Designer on user flows, wireframes and usability testing

• Support Sales and Solutioning with demos, fit-gap analysis and client requirement reviews

• Decide which client requests become standard features and which stay as custom work

• Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, feature usage, support ticket volume and implementation time

• Prepare release notes and train Customer Success and Implementation teams on new features

Must-Have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field

• At least 3 years in product management, business analysis or solution consulting for software products

• Proven ability to write clear requirements and user stories

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery

• Strong analytical skills (Excel required)

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Willing to travel to client sites when needed

Preferences (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software

• Domain knowledge of WMS, OMS, TMS, ERP, logistics or warehouse operations

• Basic SQL or data analysis skills

• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Figma and Confluence or Notion

• Exposure to AI or automation products

• Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin, for client communication
