GlossGenius is seeking a Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our core product from a set of tools to an intelligent, AI-powered system that works on behalf of service businesses. In this high-ownership role, you will define and deliver the next generation of our product, focusing on features like intelligent scheduling, upmarket infrastructure for multi-location businesses, and new capabilities that set us apart. You will be responsible for driving product execution from concept to launch, leveraging AI throughout your workflow, and ensuring rapid, high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
- Define the next generation of the product, including scheduling intelligence, infrastructure for multi-location businesses, and new capabilities
- Deliver AI-native product experiences, enhancing our core product to be smarter, more proactive, and more competitive
- Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to launch, prioritizing velocity and precision
- Use AI for research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec writing, and decision-making to increase output and effectiveness
- Own a continuous improvement loop using data, customer feedback, and performance signals to drive ongoing product enhancements
- Align and energize cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and Analytics to execute at high velocity
- Communicate strategy, priorities, and learnings clearly across the company, influencing stakeholders at all levels
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of product management experience owning complex, high-impact product areas end-to-end
- Use AI as a core part of your workflow for synthesis, spec writing, competitive research, and decision-making, with a strong perspective on AI’s potential in product development
- Default to action, setting direction and iterating quickly based on learnings
- Possess a strong analytical mindset, using quantitative signals to drive and prioritize decisions
- Are technically and design fluent, comfortable discussing architecture trade-offs and design decisions with clear rationale
- Thrive with ownership and limited process, energized by ambiguity and a blank canvas
Total Compensation
The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $150,000 - $210,000 plus target equity and benefits. The base salary offered depends on skills, experience, and education.
