Product Manager - I

Responsibilities:

• You'll help us scale our lending product (platform and user experience) as we enter our 10-100 journey.
• Build products to solve problems from lead generation to verification to underwriting to disbursement.
• You'll drive the development of key platforms like Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM, Digital lending journey, and Fleet on Street app.
• Work on user-facing lending journeys, agent-facing platforms, and operations tools to improve the overall lending experience and operational efficiency.
• Leverage data for decision-making and work alongside analytics on dashboarding and reporting to drive product insights and business outcomes.
• Ensure that we're on top of & in compliance with the latest lending regulations.

Requirements:

• You have 1- 2 years of PM experience and are extremely strong at first-principles thinking.
• You enjoy building businesses and not just product features.
• You are passionate about building beautiful and intuitive products.
• You have a high sense of ownership and relentless hustle to get things done.
• You want to build your own billion-dollar startup someday.
• You have familiarity with technology and an understanding of how to work with technical teams.
• You have experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools and a strong bias for data-driven insights with a balance of intuition.
• You are enthusiastic about AI and interested in exploring its applications in product development and problem-solving.
