- Drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans, spanning initial borrow flows, advanced loan management, refinancing, and new product surfaces.
- Define OKRs across workstreams (loan origination, positions management, liquidation, observability) and lead cross-functional teams to deliver against them.
- Partner with Engineering to ship resilient, scalable borrowing experiences, balancing speed, safety, and reliability across core loan workflows, state tracking, and liquidation monitoring.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure products meet regulatory and controls expectations while preserving an excellent customer experience.

- Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-quarter strategy, translate it into roadmaps and experiments, and deliver measurable results against growth and portfolio-health goals.
- Familiarity with onchain concepts, smart contracts, and DeFi lending protocols (e.g., Morpho, Aave, Compound) sufficient to partner effectively with engineers on integrations and loan workflows.
- Proven track record of using quantitative analysis (funnels, cohort behavior, risk/return tradeoffs) to inform product decisions and simplify complex financial concepts into clear, trustworthy consumer experiences.
