Product Manager II - US Derivatives

Summary

Own the prediction markets and event-based contracts product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams to design and launch US derivative trading products in crypto.

You own the prediction markets and event-based contracts product roadmap, functional design, and competitive strategy. You lead cross-functional working groups from ideation through launch, manage priorities with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance, conduct market research, perform user acceptance testing, engage stakeholders, and promote analytics and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the prediction markets and event-based contracts product roadmap
  • Lead working groups from ideation to product launch
  • Manage priorities across Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and Product
  • Develop strategy, roadmaps, and business plans for US derivative products
  • Research industry markets and trends
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Manage engagement with customers and external parties
  • Promote analytics and experimentation

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of US CFTC-based derivative products
  • Strong understanding of market design and structure
  • Experience building US derivative trading products for institutional or retail clients
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with flow of funds in US derivatives and crypto-native spot products
  • At least 1 year of product management experience in crypto or forex/brokerage industries
  • Knowledge of global crypto derivative offerings across traditional markets and crypto-native CeFi and DeFi
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills
