The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager III to join our Verification team and help shape the future of digital trust and authentication.

This role is responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and customer adoption across key areas of Sinch's Verification portfolio. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver products that improve authentication experiences and business outcomes for customers worldwide.

A key focus of this role will be helping customers transition from traditional verification methods, including SMS OTP and Flash Call, toward next-generation Data Verification solutions while maintaining strong customer experiences and business performance.

You'll join a collaborative product organization focused on solving some of the most important challenges in digital trust and authentication. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, work with global customers, and contribute to products that are used by businesses and consumers around the world.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap execution for areas of Sinch's Verification portfolio.
• Partner with customers to understand authentication and verification challenges and translate insights into product improvements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver products that drive customer and business value.
• Drive adoption of Verification products and support customer migration from SMS OTP and Flash Call to Data Verification solutions.
• Define product requirements, manage trade-offs, and prioritize investments based on customer, business, and technical needs.
• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and key business metrics to inform product decisions.
• Act as a product subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Improve developer experience across Verification APIs and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering successful technology products.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution.
• Strong experience working with engineering teams on technical products, APIs, integrations, platforms, or developer-focused solutions.
• Experience partnering directly with customers and translating customer insights into product improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted software development, including the use of generative AI and AI coding tools across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in Authentication, Identity, Verification, Trust, Security, or Fraud Prevention products.
• Experience within CPaaS, Telecommunications, SaaS, API platforms, or developer-focused products.
• Familiarity with customer authentication and verification challenges in enterprise environments.
• Experience working on B2B technology products.

Success in This Role

Within your first year, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of Sinch's Verification portfolio, customers, technology, and market landscape.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Verification product strategy and roadmap.
• Help drive adoption of next-generation verification solutions.
• Deliver measurable product improvements that support customer and business outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is SEK 45,000-65,000 per month. Individual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
