POSITION OVERVIEW

Index Analytics is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and integration initiatives. This role owns product direction and delivery, translating business needs into secure, reliable capabilities and coordinating work across users, stakeholders, architects, Salesforce, MuleSoft, legacy systems and engineering teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Define product vision, roadmap, release strategy, measurable outcomes and success metrics.

· Lead discovery, requirements development, prioritization, delivery, user acceptance testing, release readiness, adoption and post-release evaluation.

· Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and decision records.

· Maintain a healthy backlog and facilitate effective planning, refinement, reviews and stakeholder decision-making.

· Manage dependencies, delivery risks, technical blockers and cross-system impacts across SaaS, integration and legacy environments.

· Coordinate testing and deployment activities across multiple environments and teams.

· Serve as the primary communication bridge among leadership, business stakeholders, users, architects and engineering teams.

· Use product metrics, user feedback and operational data to evaluate value and guide priorities.
