Product Manager (Industrial Server & System)

As a Product Manager for Industrial Server Motherboards and Systems, you will drive market research, product definition, and project management efforts. This role acts as a key link between internal teams (R&D, Business Units) and customer-facing stakeholders to support new product introductions (NPI), sales enablement, and business expansion in industrial applications.

Responsibilities：
1. Study and develop familiarity with key vertical applications such as Automation, Healthcare, Utility, and others to ensure product alignment with real-world industry needs.
2. Conduct industrial server motherboard and system market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
3. Define product requirements based on market insights, customer input, and internal capability assessments.
4. Manage product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment with R&D, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
5. Coordinate NPI (New Product Introduction) activities including launch planning, sales training, collateral development, and go-to-market support.
6. Support front-line sales teams with technical and market knowledge to improve engagement and closure rates.
7. Monitor product lifecycle, gather post-launch feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Communicate status updates, roadmaps, and business progress with internal stakeholders and leadership.

1. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to manage both external clients and internal cross-functional teams.
2. Experience in managing technical programs and translating market/customer needs into product requirements.
3. Experience in X86/ARM based server project management / design.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
6. Proficient in project tracking tools and presentation software.
