Product Manager

Summary

Own the product lifecycle for merchant-facing logistics services, defining strategy, roadmap, and AI-enhanced features to connect merchants with InPost's ecosystem.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Merchant Services team within InPost's Consumer & Merchant Experiences domain. You will own a product end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap through to delivery and iteration — shaping the way merchants connect with and benefit from InPost's ecosystem.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You will define the product vision for your area, drive measurable outcomes, and work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience. If you are motivated by building at scale, obsessed with outcomes, and comfortable with ambiguity, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Participate actively in shaping the product vision and long-term strategy for Merchant Services within the Consumer & Merchant Experiences domain.
  • Own the full product lifecycle — from ideation and discovery through to delivery, optimisation, and end-of-life decisions.

Roadmap & Prioritisation

  • Create and own a strategic product roadmap for a cross-functional group of development teams within your scope.
  • Measure performance, maintain a continuous pulse on customers and stakeholders, anticipate bottlenecks, make smart trade-offs, and take acceptable risks to maximise customer and business benefit.

Business Impact

  • Create, own, execute, and report on Product Metrics— define the metrics that matter and hold yourself and the team accountable.
  • Lead your teams to deliver business impact by launching and iteratively optimising products that improve user experience and generate scalable, measurable gains.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner deeply with stakeholders to understand their businesses and co-develop solutions that supercharge growth, improve marketing efficiency, and increase automation.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and internal partners to envision, build, and deliver products alongside your engineering partner.
  • Autonomously establish and maintain collaborative, trusting relationships with peers; manage more senior stakeholders with the support of your manager.
  • Act as a partner genuinely committed to the needs of the customer/user and the success of the business.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope, and priorities of business objectives — and enable the team to drive results.
  • Define success metrics and build frameworks to track, report, and act on product performance.

AI-Powered Productivity & Delivery

  • Apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, documentation, prioritisation, and delivery processes.
  • Champion the integration of AI capabilities into product features to enhance merchant and user experiences.
  • Stay current on AI/ML developments and proactively identify opportunities where AI can automate, personalise, or add intelligence to Merchant Services products.
  • Use AI to support backlog management, competitive analysis, user research synthesis, and stakeholder reporting — reducing manual overhead and improving decision quality.

Required

  • 2–3 years of experience building high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about scale, with a bias for outcomes and long-term value creation.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into product decisions and metrics.
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically (delivery, unblocking, iteration) and strategically (vision, bets, roadmap).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional setup.

AI & Technology Fluency

  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to product development, feature building, and user experience.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots, automation platforms) to improve delivery speed, research quality, or documentation.
  • Ability to work with technical teams to scope, build, and iterate on AI-enhanced product capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing and influencing a global team of stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Background in logistics, e-commerce, marketplace, or merchant-facing products.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and integration-heavy product environments.

Why join InPost?

  • Real ownership — your data products will directly influence strategic decisions
  • Opportunity to cooperate in a diverse, international, and cross-functional environment alongside leading experts
  • Space to experiment with new technologies — including AI tooling — and bring innovations into production
  • End-to-end product ownership from day one — you build it, you own it.
  • High visibility and impact within InPost's Consumer & Merchant Experiences domain.
  • Collaborative, fast-moving environment where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand
