Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering degree.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the standardization, inventory, and quality control of equipment.
- Estimate equipment market costs, margins, and lead times.
- Review and audit manufacturing processes.
- Develop supplier relationships and negotiate terms aligned with company objectives.
- Research, develop, and improve equipment utilized by food processors, plant managers, engineers, and integrators.
- Identify product limitations, opportunities, and future design improvements.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop practical, application-specific solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical application issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across product lines.

Additional Knowledge & Experience
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or hygienic food material handling environments is a plus.
