Product Manager (IoT) - Up to 50k - Rama 9 (ID: 713014)

Job Responsibilities

• Support marketing activities and develop product and solution strategies to expand market opportunities.

• Prepare bidding documents and support the end-to-end bidding process, including network design, equipment dimensioning, quotation, technical proposals, SOC, contract negotiation, and related documentation.

• Deliver technical presentations, product training, and reports for key account customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support marketing activities and achieve sales targets.

• Analyze customer requirements and design suitable IoT solutions, including IoT platforms.

• Test new IoT products and prepare FQA documentation to support product implementation and troubleshooting.

• Track and provide feedback on technical issues, and support the resolution of complex customer or project issues.

• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in commissioning communication equipment, preferably with a telecommunications equipment manufacturer or IoT-related company.

• Strong foundation in communication technologies with hands-on engineering experience.

• Experience in presales, solution design, or technical support is preferred.

• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

• Good knowledge of IoT technologies and network access equipment, such as ONU and AP.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to track, follow up, and resolve technical issues.

• Good command of English as a working language.

• Basic Chinese speaking ability is an advantage.
