  • Work closely with Standards & Assurance, Product Development, Customer Success, Account Management, Communications, and other key functions to ensure product alignment and clear deliverables
  • Lead business requirement discussions with business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and ensuring shared ownership
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Product Development, Assurance, regional, and field teams to validate anticipated impact of proposed changes.
  • Translate sustainability objectives and theories of change into practical certification requirements and field implementation approaches.

Product Delivery & Operations

  • Support improvement and component launches and go-to-market execution in partnership with relevant teams, including presenting and reporting to the internal Go to Market Steering committee
  • Establish and track product performance metrics, conducting post-launch analysis and continuous optimization

Change Management & Impact

  • In partnership with the Implementation team, drive change initiatives related to product development, ensuring smooth adoption and stakeholder buy-in
  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and validate assumptions through testing
  • Ensure products deliver measurable positive impact in alignment with sustainability and social outcomes
