Summary
Lead Product Manager overseeing the Communications Platform (SMS, push, email, etc.), responsible for strategy, roadmap, and managing a team of PMs to ensure reliable and efficient message delivery.
Lead Product Manager to head the Communications Platform at Plata 🧡
All customer communications go through this platform: push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. The team is responsible for reliable delivery, speed, cost efficiency, and adding new channels.
Who we're looking for:
🔹 Strong product management experience + experience managing other product managers — the team already includes PMs you'll be leading
🔹 Experience with platform, internal, complex products — not only user-facing features, but infrastructure: scalability, reliability, process efficiency
🔹 A plus: experience with communications platforms and in banking/fintech
The role involves owning the product strategy and roadmap for the entire platform, direct leadership of the PM team, and working with the platform's internal consumer teams across the bank (Acquisition, Collections, and others)
